Our Process

The Initial Call and Consultation From your first contact with us, we prioritize understanding the specific needs of your child and family. During the initial call, we conduct a basic assessment by asking questions to understand your needs. Following this call, we arrange an in-home consultation with you and your family, including your child who will benefit from our services. This visit helps us gather more information, address any questions you may have, and explain how we can support your family.

The Custom Care Plan At Village Circle Homecare, transparency is key. You will always be informed about the services provided to your child. After our initial consultation, we create a Custom Care Plan tailored to meet your child’s specific needs. We offer detailed recommendations on the services that would be most beneficial and then review the plan with you in detail, making any adjustments as needed.

Caregiver Matching Once the Custom Care Plan is finalized and approved by you, we begin searching for the most suitable caregiver to deliver the care. Our caregiver matching process considers several factors, including the required services, your child’s interests, and the personalities of both your child and the caregiver to ensure a perfect match. If at any point you have concerns about a caregiver, we are prepared to quickly find and provide a suitable replacement.

Care Supervision Our caregivers maintain detailed notes about the care they provide, which are kept at your home and are accessible to you at any time. Additionally, our supervisory nurses conduct regular, unannounced visits to ensure that the care being provided aligns with the specifics of the Custom Care Plan, ensuring the highest quality of care for your child.
